COVID 19 UPDATE
We want to start this off by saying thank you. Thank you for sticking with us. Thank you for understanding that the current situation affects the whole industry and much more than that. Thank you for your patience while our team is working on new solutions to overcome the production delays.
Currently, International orders are being affected due to shipping restrictions in various countries abroad.
There are two possible scenarios when it comes to orders affected by shipping restrictions: either the delivery is going to take longer than normally or it is currently not possible to deliver to the particular destination at all until further notice.
We see holiday-season-like numbers in sales, which is promising news overall. Dripshark is not only healthy but growing. The obvious challenge here is to find ways to support the growing demand when so many of the supply chains are affected and slower than usual.
Currently for local orders, there are delays in production. Orders could be delayed by 8-14 business days. Due to an increased volume of incoming orders.
We have increased the number of customer support executives in each shift, which has improved the situation with support request delay, but it still isn't close to ideal. We appreciate your patience while we are doing our best to improve our response time. No inquiry will be left behind – our Support team is as focused as ever to get back to you as soon as possible.
