Q: How long does it take?

Our average delivery times for DIGITAL ART is currently about 5 Working Days via Email.  (if you ask for a revision, it will of course take a few days longer)Our average delivery times for CANVAS PRINTS are about 5-7 Days After your order is placed! Keep in mind you’ll have your digital art via email a lot sooner. If you ask for a revision, it will delay this entire process by a few days. Our team of artists work as fast as they can.

If you are ordering a canvas, we will send you an email about your final image. It is required to be approved within the first 48 hours. If it is not approved by then, we print your final image and ship your canvas! Additional charges will apply for revision request after the 48 hour approval time frame, if your canvas was shipped we can provide a reprint of the approved revisioned artwork at a 40% discount. Shipping takes another 5-7 business days on average

 

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email.

A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing your product. We never store any information about our customers private details!

A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button  Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: Do Dripshark provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed! You can always get a free exchange of your product simply by shipping it back to us with image proof sent first.
